i just got about $400 worth of tools stolen from me last night out of my uncles truck. but they didnt take any of the speakers or any thing elese. they must of known what they were coming for.

I live right off midland if you know where that is. bout 3 mins from the loop. I unno i called and complained and they usally do drive arounds in my neighborhood thus ive gotten a parking ticket befor

, but yeah they screened the car and what not. I guess i was lucky in that sense. I dont know even after this i still love it down here. Saint charles can suck my balls. This the 3rd time ive had a car broken into. Once in saint charles, once at work and now here. Shit happens...all you can do is move on and buy new shit..

shit... you're only a few minutes from me then. its a nice area, but there is some crime periodically. our neighborhood just had a spree a few months ago where some people broke into 20 cars in a night and stole change, stereos, etc... like you said, shit happens. but I still love it around here too.

I guess I've never heard of many theft related problems around here, but in the past week or two, it's gotten outragous. At Vianney, about 7 or 8 students/teacher's cars have been broken into, not to mention the one, at least, I know of at the business building next door.

My cousin lived down there, he moved back to Saint Charles since his Jeep was broken into 3 times within 6 months.

I live in Dogtown, right next to U-CIty. It doesn't matter where you live shit happens. I feel more comfortable leaving my integra in the street here than when I lived in peaceful Kirkwood. And as far as St. Charles> city, I'll take the higher crime rates, crack heads, great bars, and restrauants. St. Chuck can keep all the meth heads and chain restrauants. Also the guy with the jeep that was broken into 3 times, I can get into any chrysler product from the late 90s to early 2000s, and drive way in most of them with just a flat head screwdrives.
