i think it looks trashy too, but if you belive the govt should be involved in such matters as whether or not the mickey mouse on your boxers can be seen or not, you are a damn fool.
Wow! Your a dick. I guess your one of those people that sag their pants. Honestly, it is so tacky when kids do shit like that. Sorry Aj, at least you don't do it that bad. Unfortunately, the downfall of this is that thongs can't be shown. :( Everytime I see someone with saggy pants and having their stupid boxers showing, I just want to run up to them, pull their pants to their ankles, and give them a hard kick to the nuts. And people wonder why other countries think we're are stupid.

i think walking around with your boxers hanging out in a wife beater and your pant around your ankels is retarted, but yet on the other hand this does help the local law enforcment.

You know how easy it is to chase down somebody who just robbed a liquor store when their pants are around their knees and they can't run. lololol

but i agree on the wife beater, i absolutely hate it when i see guys walk around in a wife beater (or no shirt) like it's a common thing...coming and going to the pool is different, though

You missed my point. It is such a misuse of the legal system. there are much more important and needed things they could be working on. yet time is spent mulling over this stuff that altho may offend some people, isnt harming anyone or in any other way subtracting from the populus's persuit of happyness(what such laws are often worked through).

i dont myself, i think its hillarious when people do it intentionaly. Nor do i understand it. Mine fall a bit here and there but I pull em back up.

Sorry i was ignorant.

Btw, nice double standards.

Theres plenty of other pointless laws out there. At least this is one that makes people look less like uneducated gang bangers and more like they belong in this society.

Does anyone know what sagging originated from, I know I do. It was a status symbol in jail, and not a good one, it meant that you were a "bitch" and that you were an object to "have fun with" if you don't understand that then I'll put it simply, it meant you got f***ed in the a$$ daily.
