POSsible new car for me

my brother has a 94 accord sitting in his garage that some one tried stealing. the steering column is all jacked up and it needs a window, and all new exhaust. he said i could have it for free. would it be worth it to fix it?
its a dark red four door 2.2 auto.

i might take him up on his offer, he told me it ran when he parked it,but not great, it wouldnt pass inspection, hopefully just cuz of the exhaust. i dont know. i might go look at it tomorrow. im guessing i could probably find a couple this style in the junkyard maybe.

I have an apexi catback for that car if you need exhaust.

yes it would be worth fixing, it would make a nice dd. btw is it an dx, lx, ex, se, etc? I have some parts for it as I have a 95 ex.

anyone think that motors worth hoppin up a little, i dont want a loud 17 second car, anyone think fifteens are possible still keepin it look stock
