no hood, illegal?

lol thread has came back from the grave. neways warrenton comes up with all these rules about things that distract other drivers and make them illegal i figured you would have to have a hood. do you need it to pass inspection?

it's just like power washing your bay... (i recomend you leave the motor running just in case) but you will be fine if your driven.

right people are always power washing their motors usually rain isnt that hard anyways

its not goverened by the city, its the state guidelines that have to be followed. you dont need a hood to pass inspection.

yea but when people power wash their bays they usually put plastic bags over the dizzy and air filter.. i sure as hell wouldnt drive in the rain with no hood. good way to fuck shit up.

breather filter as well if ya have one...or i always did any way.

you're right about that bags but if its gotta be raining pretty hard to do any damage i would think .
