no hood, illegal?

I drove with a month with no hood after my swap on my crx. I had no issues except having my battery stolen twice.

i've had mine off for the past week or so and driven all over the city. no trouble yet and this has been next to cops at lights idling at 3k rpm lol

it could be one of those things that warrenton is gay about. kinda like they said, a distraction to other drivers like neons. which are illegal in warrenton. just call the non emergency number and ask. that will settle it
