Where to buy rims & tires?.?.?

I am trying to help a brudda out. He is looking to buy some rims/tires locally, and is getting raped on the price. Can anyone help me out w/ some 'reputable' sites to order some packages from? Or if anyone has any 17s or bigger (4x114) for sale at a good price... TIA!

I started him w/ those 2. I remember when I had my Civic, that there was a site that sold Rota's as a package at a good price. Any clue?

+1 I just bought some tires from there. They have free shipping and good prices.
