It was the harness... We pulled the whole wiring harness from Adrenaline and replaced it with the new one. We also, during this process, installed a new Water Temp sensor, which didn't bring that CEL code anymore.

The only CEL code was for the Air Temp sensor, whcih we replaced as well and now, no CEL's and No bogging at start up and this is with using the Power Fc.
