emissions laws going?

OBDII cars still need to get emissions
Pre-OBDII cars do not need to get emissions...

or am i mistaken and its the other way around?

your right, i misread it... well poopy doop, i just took my car in to get it to pass emissions... oh well they are leaning out the a/f mixture anyway
