I understand wanting to crack down on street racing. I really don't believe in setup racing anywhere beyond a track. But to crush those cars is fucking ignorant.

in cali, you cant do any modifications to your car. thats why you get something thats already fast lol

theres a video on ht that shows the police how to check for modded cars because in cali you cant have any mods to your car. the vid starts off with a cop that pulled over a blue hatch because of the exhaust then he made the guy pop the hood and the olice officer pointed every little thing out the cop had a huge list. he ws like well i can see you have addjustable cam gear, intake header, exhaust, nitrous, modded breather, yourtires dont have enough tred, then he gets out a yard stick and said your head lights are to low to the ground and they are blue he got a ticket for everything

they dont even have to be swapped. if a "majority" of the engine has aftermarket parts, it is considered illegal. and the engine can even be made in the us, but if it isnt the motor that was either made by the manufacturer or installed by the manufacturer(cant remember which of those 2), then it is illegal. also, from what i read, you cant even sell nonstock mufflers. and if your car can be heard from 50 feet away, you get a ticket.

being from cali the street racing there is like a million times worse then here. People race in like the dumbest places there like always around schools. And pretty much anyone with a civic there races so there is always a lot of racing. So pretty much the only thing that they hope stops kids from racing is by crushing there cars. But thank god civics are cheap lol.. But one thing there that suxs and its kinda californias fault is there is no drag strip to goto or ne thing to go to so what are the kids supposed to do?

I remember that video there for awhile they had band others from watching that video.

we (stlhondas and others like us) don't die raceing. it's the ricers that die racen. fags go out and run in traffic and crowded areas and shit like that. and i still can't beleve there tryen to stop the racen, you will never stop street racing it will always be around it's been here since the fucken 30's. my grandpa use to do it. i have to say i don't realy even screw around anymore except every now and then with one of you guys, or some ass in a "slow" domestic tryen to be a hard ass (they piss me off):tool:
