tips?

i have a 1990 acura integra gs 4dr. at the moment it has a cold air intake and a short throw shifter. i was wondering what you would recomend for me to start at fixing it up?

figure out what you would like to build your car for (auto x, high hp, show...)
based on that, decide whats best for your situation. A lot of people start with a nice suspension setup (a nice set of lowering springs or coilovers and a good set of shocks) or you could do some more bolt ons, (exhaust, header...)

my recomendation, start doing a lot of research to figure out what you would like to do with your car so you don't end up wasting time and money on products that aren't appropriate for the way you decide to build your car. search around this site to see what people have done to your car, and check out www.honda-tech.com, tons of info there.

i want to fix up the engine a bit first, before i work on the look of the car. im wanting to have a turbo in it by the end of summer this yr, but idk if thats a good way to start or what?

Read up on how turbos work, what you need to have a well functioning system, all the necessary components, fuel, spark, air flow, timing, tune, etc.
