My car broke down :(
Figures I was almost all the way to work (22 miles away from home, all highway) and car died on Clarkson. Checked the cap/rotor, seems im not getting any spark. Looks like I will at least be replacing a coil if not the entire dizzy. So much for sitting at a pool tonight grrrrrrr.

Pos d15b2. I swear Honda makes the worst fucking dizzy's ever. Between my 88 and now my 91 I have gone through around 7 caps/rotors, 3 coils, and 2 full dizzy's. I was thinking about saying screw it and just toss in the MPFI setup from Rob instead of buying a new coil. But if it still doesn't run, I won't know where to start.

when do you get off? i could probably bring some tools and an obd1 dizzy we could take apart to see if the coils match...ludeboy;47789 wrote:Pos d15b2. Piss, guess I should have posted this in the morning. I had it towed home already, 113 bucks. I appreciate the offer though.

Its gotten so bad that I actually keep a cap/rotor in my car at all times along with a tool set.

Hmmm, in that case thsmrt1 is that a spare coil you have? If so could I maybe borrow it to see if thats the prob? If it is I will go buy a new one. But if I buy a new one and test it out they usually won't let me return it. And I'd also like to check out your ride
