Thanks, I missed getting pix of a lot of cars cuz they'll just be driving around and I wouldn't have my camera out. One night on my way to a bar I saw 2 skyline GTs and a parked GTR, all white.

It isn't cheap there, but you can get by without spending a lot of money, food is one of the killers, if you eat cheap, you'll have plenty left over to buy/do stuff. I went there with $1400, expecting to spend $100/day and came back with over $600, so do the math. Exchange rate is around 118 Yen to a dollar, or 100Y = $1 (as stated earlier). I can't wait to return.

I think it's 20, maybe 18? I don't know for sure, since I knew I would be able to drink anyways. In one of our hotels you could buy beer out of a vending machine. I know smoking age is 20.

Jet lag is what you make of it. The term doesn't really depict the symptons, it's basically getting your body to adjust to the new time in the arriving city/country, so basically you determine when you need to sleep on the plane so that when you arrive, you'll be able to stay up or go to bed, whichever the situation demands. We got there around 3PM local time, which was 1AM here, so we had to stay up until the evening to adjust, not that hard to do. On the way back we left on Wed ~10am and arrived on Wed ~10am; watched the sun set and rise while on the plane.

Remember, $800 doesn't include hotel costs and airfare, those two alone are about $2000 (depends on how long you stay, I was there for 2 weeks).

I know 800 was money spent there. I think I will wait until Jordyn is older and make a family trip out of it. Im sure its a once in a lifetime oppurtunity to visit another country/continent.
