from what I know guys, C&I is more points than speeding, not sure what's on your ticket, but I had a C&I once, Dan Nack fixed it, I also got pulled over 36MPH over the limit, and Dan Haltenhoff fixed that.
here's my story. I was showing my ex gf how to get to rolla from wentzville through backroads. On HWY D, I was going arround a blind turn and saw a car waiting to make a left hand turn, I hit the brakes, they locked up, I recovered and stopped in time. It was a County Browny residence and in the car was his wifey lol, he ran out and gave me a C&I, Dan Nack made it into a non-moving violation, said the cop was too much like a dick at court and didn't want to give way, but hey, non-moving violation beats C&I anyday.

My Suggestion: get a lawyer like Dan Nack in St. Charles, or Dan Haltenhoff that sponsors STLSR,
I've had plenty of tickets and now on probation because of it, if it wasn't for these 2 lawyers I'd be without a license for sure.

who taught you to think? if i was going 15 over, i wouldnt bitch for being pulled over. what does any of that have to do with street racing? i dont speed when im not racing so shit like that doesnt happen. i believe that its called following laws.
