So going 15mph over the speed limit he should have gotten a C&I? Yeah I dont think so sorry. A speeding ticket maybe but a C&I isnt necessary at all. I dont concider 60mph to 75mph a race lol.

i used dan nack (*sp) years ago when i got busted and it "never happened" where a friend of mine used some traffic law center and paid out the tukis and had to do community service and crap like that. good luck either way

While I fail to see why you deserve a C&I for doing 15 over, there is no problem that he pulled you over for doing 15 over. This is why every night that I am down there, I do the speed limit, no more, no less. I have been going down there for 2 years now, and the cops have been bad since halfway through the first year. Anywho.........might want to get a lawyer to get it corrected.
