trost is a rodie (sp) for the band "The Used" and before he was with "Story Of The year", not even sure a rodie is what he does is called but he helps set up every thing, like equipment, lighting, stage stuff like that.

So i am assuming that they just got done playing in singapore, cause he told me he was out touring again.

I just had a layover in Singapore on my way to Amsterdam. The plane had to refuel and what not. So we go through security in Australia before we get on the plane, the plane lands for the layover in Singapore and they make everyone disembark the plane go back through security, to get on the same plane, and then we land in London and have to go through security again before we board the plane to Amsterdam!!!! Mind you during all of this security in and outs, I never left the terminal. It is really annoying. But I am in Amsterdam. Shame I don't smoke weed.

That kind of security is standard on all the international airports. I had to do that same thing at Taipei on the way to/from Malaysia recently. Not a big hassle I think compared to security and customs in the US, especially in LAX. Even as a US citizen, it takes an eternity to go through immigration/customs, and baggage claim is a cluster. I feel bad for the non-US citizens and green card holders/visa holders that have to wait in an even longer line, and they take identity checks via webcam and fingerprinting.
