wrecked my car

wrecked it today(sunday) in moline acres. it was me and my gf and i was showing her where i used to live and such and slowed down for a red light. light turned green right as a slowed between 15-20 so i put it in second and hit the gas. just about immediately i slammed on teh breaks after that cuz i saw a car turning in front of me and i hit them in their right passenger tire area(cant think of the name, too tired to think). mar car is pretty much fucked. dont remember much of what i saw but at least remember it was leaking radiator fluid all over. ill get to look at it in the next couple days, i think its totaled but cop didnt.

and what sucks, it was the other guy's fault and he doesnt have insurance. there were six people in his car, 3 adults and 3 kids under 5 probably. none of the kids had car seats or seat belts on either. i felt like shit cuz i hit them, even though it was their fault. my gf's second wreck in like 6 months. i still feel like shit. everyone was alright tho. just some bruises and such

im lucky too, my insurance expires tomorrow.

It's one thing to drive like a moron its another thing to drive like a moron WITH NO INSURANCE, and its one more thing to NOT have any kids in their seat belts. Now thats just plain stupid. All they get is a slap on the wrist and a $75 ticket SOMETIMES, its a bunch of crap if you ask me honestly.

I hope you get your car fixed soon if you need any help with anything just let us know theres plenty of people that would help ya out.

ya, i was only at the scene for about 5 min or so, and i was a little preoccupied, so i didnt get the greatest look, but from what i saw, it looked totaled. my mom took off work early and went and took care of gettin it out of the impound and to my house, so it should be here later tonight, ill get pics then. but the guy at the lot said that it was all cosmetic damage really, so i might try and fix it. new hood, front bumper, whole front end pretty much. but im not sure yet. if that will cost too much i might just part it out. idk. but thanks for your simpathy. maybe i can get the talon and this fixed and sold before that turbo b18 hatch is gone, lol
