WTF is wrong with my work

So me and the other members of my team have been overworked lately and finally started bitching about it. So what does my company do......hire another manager. WTF you can manage us all you want but that does not create more time in the day. currently in my team the manager to team member ratio is 1:1. Tell me that is not excessive.

What do you do? Try working for doctors. Both them and higher up people make decisions that us lower people have to deal with.
