but because you said something, I will post a thread in the next few days.

A very good idea IMO. Changing the transmission fluid is just as important as the engine oil. A LOT of people over look that.mike93hatch;193725 wrote:although honda says to change the manual trans fluid every 60,000 miles.....mr. spoon himself (Ichishima Tatsuru) says it should be strictly changed at every oil change.....at least on modified hondas driven to extremes and not some daily driver.... i change mine every oil change on my blue hatch...

I'd change the O2 sensor and make sure the CV joints look good.

If your not getting any O2 sensor codes, then leave them. Why change something that isn't broke? O2 sensors can be expensive, depending on which one you buy.Foxcow;194627 wrote:I'd change the O2 sensor and make sure the CV joints look good.

You wouldn't think so, but it does. The transmission more moving parts then the engine and is equally important. With any ATF fluid application, you make a good point. ATF is designed to last much longer then standard oils. But anything that takes normal gear oil or Honda MTF, it is just as important to change as your motor oil.irevto9k;194753 wrote:hmmm not sure if you really need to change the trans fluid that much if your
