A warning to those who saw the (91 DX EF) in the journal located in HighRidge for 600 bucks. Its actually a 91 HF that leaks oil like a mofo. He told me 300 and it was mine and I still walked. He had either put a 16v valve cover on it or the entire head. I might even believe he put the head on it like he stated. The HF pistons are only notched for 8 valves I believe which would explain why the damned thing was knocking so loud. So all in all, don't waste your time like I did.

How was the body and inside. $300 for a good CRX shell is good.

Yea a shell that is in good enough condition can be worth 300 atleast.

Its a 3door. body condition is fair. Usual honda rust. White with blue interior. Ugly as sin in my book. Only mint part is the hatch, and it is MINT.

Well you know its not a crx right? Its got a medium sized dent on the hood, rust spots on the right and left rear fender wells. Maybe a foot long on each, but they have been painted over. Has a few screw holes on the drivers door from an oversized mirror being drilled on. 210k on the clock. Engine/bay is a total mess, looks like it might be a wiring nightmare but didn't inspect it closely. Seats have normal wear and tear but not terrible, there is writing on the back of the drivers side, interior light is gone. Its sitting on steelies. Its prob worth that price if you just want a roller and plan to gut the son of a bitch and start from scratch.

I know, I'm looking for a hatch to gut down and swap everything over to... but the rust sounds like as much/more than what I'm dealing with right now so I think I'll pass. thanks for the info tho. :thumbup:
