also, i was at hall st. a few weekends ago and there were a shit ton of people there on broadway and i left at about 11 and as soon as i turned the corner out of "sight" of the racers, i got pulled over and given a ticket for "excessive noise by muffler" which, i have a turbo, cat, and a muffler to quiet it down, but no, i still got the damn ticket... im sure it was the cop's way of telling me to quit going to hall st...
anyone got enything else?:werd:

many people im sure remember hanging out at the commuter parking lot off of 70 at the cave springs exit. they have always had problems with loitering on the lot, the loitering itself wasn't bad, but the underage drinking and reckless driving was what ticked off the cops. So the city or county of st. charles actually changed the loitering laws and penalties to make it more severe for the people that loitered there. All of this info was giving to me by an officer down the road at the QT one night after chillin in the lot lol.
The last time i was down there 4 cops blocked the entrances and exits then waited until 2 paddywagons arrived. The pulled out the zip ties andstarted arrestng people at the top of the lot, and arranged to have thier cars towed. Luckily my friends and i where at the bottom, talking to one of the officers blocking the exit. after an hour or so they told us "if you are not cuffed get the hell out of here." apparently st. chuck takes loitering very seriously. I havent seen a group of cars there on a sat night since :biglaugh:
