loitering laws..what do you think?

I have gotten quite a few loitering tickets and have only tried to get out of one due to the sign laying on the ground to where no one could see it. And yes I got out of that one.

i was told to leave the mcd's parking lot on manchester/newballwin on sat because they said i was loitering... AFTER i had ordered 7 dollars of mcd's food... it would have been different if i hadnt had just eatin there...

also, i was at hall st. a few weekends ago and there were a shit ton of people there on broadway and i left at about 11 and as soon as i turned the corner out of "sight" of the racers, i got pulled over and given a ticket for "excessive noise by muffler" which, i have a turbo, cat, and a muffler to quiet it down, but no, i still got the damn ticket... im sure it was the cop's way of telling me to quit going to hall st...
