Do you have transportation while your there? I know there isn't an up garage in Tokyo, you have to go just outside of Tokyo. You can take the train to alot of places, but it is hard to figure out where to go since nothing is in English. It is definitely a awesome place to visit though. And remember that if you get a bunch of car parts they may make you claim them when you go through customs.
