i never go on stlsr anymore....sites gay....but anyways

sorry to hear that someone did that. dont listen to half of the stuff people say, those that talk shit on the internet cant back it up in reality, :biggrin: cept me of course!! lol, but just let it go. i agree with steph, was an accident, he didnt do it on purpose, so i dont see why people would talk shit on him. i would guess almost everyone on this site has been into somewhat of a wreck, maybe not that bad but still.

my thoughts:
until you've went THROUGH a telephone pole, dont speak unless nice

Im not saying that this was an ok thing to do, whoever did this really had no right and are a dick for doing so...but this is the internet and it's just what you have to expect from people. If you honestly expected everyone to feel bad for you guys and wish you a quick recovery (like a normal person would) you were way off. I would suggest just telling friends and close ones about something like this next time, because anything on the internet is going to get torn apart by someone.

If you don't want people to speak their mind about something you did, then DON'T POST ABOUT IT ONLINE. Easy enough. Personally I think you were out just to get people to empathize with you, tell you that it's ok and assure yourself that it was an ACCIDENT. Honestly, there's no such thing as an accident. Thats why insurance companies call them crashes.

Every single one is preventable.

Yes every "crash" is preventable but its not always preventable by YOU, so you can't control every situation.

the car comment, i shouldn't have said. i said it in reference to some kid on the board saying it's ironic that the girl in the accident had the same car as me. i didn't find humor, anything ironic, interesting, etc about that comment he made, at all.

So Whitney, I believe her name is, had control over the situation? Yes she could have told him to slow down but I have told some people that and they dont seem to listen. She didnt have control over how hard his foot was on the pedal. it was not her fault.
