Well something went wrong today. I knew something was gonna happen, just the way it felt BEFORE this happend tonight.
I was going down Hwy. 94 today, and someone cut in front of me. So I slammed on the brakes, and something broke...I think.
My right front tire now touches the back of the fender well when I hit the brakes or let off the gas. But when i accelerate, it drives fine.
So I nursed it home and took a look. Its not any lower, but the tire is about a half inch from the back of the well still.
It was getting dark, so I couldnt take the rim off to look.
Does anyone have a clue on what happend with that description? If so, what's the round-about of cost to fix?
TIA!

Oops. Forgot that part. Its an 89 Civic DX hatch. It never did this till after I slammed on the brakes. Its definately not drivable.
