Slowest car you've ever driven?

So recently i had the lovely opportunity to drive an 00 eclipse 2.4l I4. I was absolutely amazed. The car had full exhaust and a cold air intake. It was also lowered with some sport springs on it. I took it up to about 20 and puched it only to find that nothing happened. NOTHING AT ALL. After about 5 seconds it downshifted and then i could count the speedo increasing in increments of 1. I was amazed. I truly hope that this was just a car that had been run to shit but if it wasn't, then I know the true reason mitsubishi is having problems selling cars. It did have one positive aspect though and that was that it handled pretty well. I figured it did so, though, because of my lack of ability to gain speed coming into the corners. Hopefully I'll be able to drive it in a couple weeks so i can gtech all 45 hp that it felt it was throwing me.

The slowest car I have ever driven had to be rickles8099 CRX. It only has one cam & 137hp.
