Fixing curb rash...

Post by Spork »

anyone know of a good reasonable place around here that could fix curb rash on a polished lip? nothing too huge, but I would want the lip to look as close to 'new' as possible and all polished back out when its all set and done

thanks

Not sure. They fixed a hole/crack in my bro's rim one time. Doesn't hurt to take it up there.

hub cap and wheel store charged me $150 to fix one of my old 17s (that was about 3 years ago). they charged me extra because they were gunmetal w/ a polished lip and they had to re-powdercoat the gunmetal part. you could tell up close that the gunmetal part looked a little different than the others. i don't really want to take my gunmetal p1 up there that has a dent in it because of that. they did fix the bend though.
