Horn on new steering wheel

So I put a new steering wheel on my car today but i cant figure out how to get the horn to work. It's a 91 civic if that helps. If anyone could point me in the direction of a good video or something to help me out that would be awesome.:dumb:

By new, are you talking new Honda steering wheel, or an aftermarket one??

aftermarket and its on a BOSS hub i got on ebay.

1 wire or 2 wire horn button?

it came with these two. cant get either of them to work. im sure im missing a big part to this its just i have never tried this before.

and this is the wheel and the one red wire coming from the hub.

and everything in and on the box it came in was in japanese...
