Dont come crying all about your tickets, and blaming the cop. He was completly doing his job and you dont even belong on the road! Its not like he found some "bullshit" infraction, this is serious.

It would be totally different if you bitched about a ticket for no front plate or a simple thing.

How come that would be different? you are still breaking the law whether its a front plate or going 20mph over the speed limit, suck it up and deal with it. You got caught for doing something illegal no one to blame but yourself.

I meant more from the fact, that driving with no insurance effects others. Like what if he hit someone? Im sure you dont think you will hit someone, but what if you were hit and pushed into someone. 2 years back i was plowed into at a stoplight, no insurance on the other driviner. I ended up having to pay the damages to my car. he walked away with a ticket, which im sure he had fixed. Just not right. I dont think you are going to get much, if any sympathy from anyone on the boards.

not having a front plate is a lot less serious infraction. it only affects YOU where as driving an unregistered and uninsured car affects EVERYONE.

unless he gets a mean judge, they will drop the two tickets, and charge him with the worst one, then charge the max fine, plus a freeze on the vehicles registration for a minimum of 1 yr, not to mention a possible license suspension, all and all be prepared to pay upwards of 1000-2500 bucks after all is said in done

u better be gettin a lawyer or else u are screwed. i got 15 over and following too closely and with a lawyer had to pay around $500, without woulda been about $500 for the speeding they say and woulda gotten my license taken away. y didnt u spend the extra couple hundred to register and insure the car? woulda saved u alotta money. not very smart
