there is no rules stating that a user must be actively posting to be able to use the arcade. if a user plays the arcade more than you and you have a problem with it.... play the arcade more or ignore it. schmoe hasnt stirred up anything and has even donated to the site which is more than a lot of members on this site. end of thread.
