So im leaving dance and I think hmm its not so bad in Florissant maybe St. Charles wont suck like usual(yeah right). Well in order to get to my house I have to go up a pretty steep hill, so I tried the first hill absolutely NO luck made it about 1/2 the way up and couldn't go anywhere so I just slid down and decided to try for the next hill over on the next street. Well I try to take the turn at a decently quick speed to get up the hill, well I almost slid into the curb but managed to steer clear of it, I'm about 1/4 of the way up and my tires just start spinning like CRAZY, well after about a few minutes of not going anywhere a couple of guys that were outside smoking come up to me and ask me if I could use a push. At this moment im feeling like a complete moron AWESOME! Eventually they push me up the hill to the stop sign that I don't stop at and im on my way home about a mile from my house, and the entire way home im really going nowhere.
GOOD TIMES

This is true but its annoying when its an all the time thing even when theres .00586 of an inch on the ground. Hell sometimes I cant even get traction on cloudy days.civicex442;19753 wrote:normal driving is boring. tires like this bring excitement to a regular drive home

hah what part of st. chuck were ya in with the hills? some of them suck ass out here.
i just got new bfgoodwrich traction t/a's and love them to death. so very sticky, great rain, and very managable snow traction. its real easy to regain direction with them while slidding.
they arnt too pricey, like 68 or 70 a tire.

BFG G-Force Sports = WORST TIRE EVER. Crappy "poor weather" traction and noisier than 36" knobbies on the highway.

What kind of tires do you have on? If they are summer tires, then of course they are gonig to suck. I had the same problem with some Potenza tires awhile back and it was just a dusting on the road. Less than last night. It just matters what tires you have and how much tread is left on.

running Blizzaks in the winter almost takes the fun out of winter driving, ice/snow when other people are running 35 in the clear lane you can be blasting down the snowy lane at normal pace
I tried once to drive with the Azenis on, an made it about 10' and slid off the driveway, since then it's been snow tires once it drops below 40
