No but I called dibs and will be buying it soon. When someone calls dibs that means they are first choice.

in the dibbs rule book section 7 paragraph 3 dibbs can only be called if said person is willing to cooperate with said deal in accordince with a specific timeframe. now i am willing to cooperate if he is willing to wait for you to get the cash but i am just letting him know there is another buyer on this forum if your deal falls through.
