Honda's policy fall is line with most auto makers, if they can probe the mod caused the failure, then they will not replace it. So if the turbo bent a rod, then honda would say your SOL, but if your TPS fails, then they would have no problem replacing it.

As for the turbo, my suggestion is do some research into turbo sizing, look at compressor maps and see what fits well with your HP goals. There are many turbos that would fit or work, but without knowing your goals we would have no clue.

Ok, here... If you still plan to do this to the MUGEN Si, considering it is STILL a STOCK Si engine, maybe look towards companies that make a turbo setup made for your model Civic in Si trim.
