I don't give a fuck if anyone contributes to STLSR. I don't want to help out a bunch of assholes and know it alls. I'm only still on there because of a few people that don't drive Hondas and to help rep StlHondas.

This is obviously causeing a problem, maybe the mods and whatnot need to figure something out cause these people won't stop making new threads till its opened back up. By them making new threads its also contributing to post whoreing just to get there posts up so they can see the threads, and this is obviously causeing a huge fight between everyone.

The site may not be ebay but everyone has bought and sold on this site so it has some sorta feel to it. Only difference between ebay and this site on buying and selling is that 99% of the people are locals and can pick up and no shipping is involved.

I'm tired of seeing the threads reposted also but think about it, the rules got made after they were buying/selling so like I said give em abck there freedom and everyone who joins after this date put it on them. Seems kinda simple to me :Poke:

Rick runs the site, Rick makes the rules. Ultimately, it's his decision whether to open it back up or not.
and post whoring isn't a problem because these threads can just be deleted once they serve their purpose. Most of the people who sell stuff here have duplicate threads on STLSR and other sites, so most of the time members have the opportunity to buy from there. Plus, I know that I would prefer buying from someone that I know a little bit than someone who is just trying to make a buck.

This is true, Honestly I would like to part ways on selling on stlsr but right now that isnt an option being that there is alot more people on there then here. Hopefully it will equal out here or possibly grow larger, but I would rather buy/sell here then stlsr cause that will bring people back.

30 posts isnt hard to get.... and i would like to see this site grow big. i doubt it will get bigger than stlsr because this site is honda/acura only whereas stlsr is all kinds of cars and trucks.

and as for as the marketplace rules, they are going to stay... unless people want me to change it so that people have to be here for three months AND have at least 30 posts... but that would make everyone not be able to get to the marketplace because this site isnt even three months old.
