Close all the windows so you can see your desktop and usually most keyboards have a print screen option in the top right, click it then open paint or somehting up and paste it in there save and post.

Print screen button... and then go to Paint or whatever you prefer and hit CTRL + V...and there you go.

the print screen button is at the top right of your keyboard

I got it from a background website, crap I cant remember the address when I find it I'll let ya know though!
