how hard is it to remove instrument cluster needles

i was wondering if any one has had any expeirence with this befor. iv got some gauge faces i want to replace but id figure i would ask if there was a trick or something that im going to mess up if i just start pulling them off.

try searching honda tech. i dont think it is too hard, but i've never done it.

They pull straight out. Then the faces have a few tiny screws in them. Ive broke a few not pulling them out straight. Not worth it, imo.
