my wife got an 81 in a 60 and they only charged her $50

Court costs are always added in. Thats why, if you have the time, you always go and plead your case. Whats the worst that can happen? Nothing. Your already paying for the court, might as well try to reduce it. They won't raise your fine for pleading your case. Unless your a complete ass to the judge.

yeah, but i would have to take time out of my work schedule to go plead my case. its a hassle i just dont wan to deal with. i still think its rediculous paying for court when im not even going.

no doubt. i will prolly call that guy you recommended. sounds like a pretty good deal for the price. the ticket itself is like 90, so its not too, too bad.

You're an idiot. Do you even know how the point system works here in Missouri? For every speeding ticket on your record your insurance premium will increase. The first one may not be that bad, $100-200 every 6 or 12 months, but once your get your second one, expect that to spike up to $500-600 ****EXTRA**** every 6 or 12mos...This is ON TOP of the original $100-200 that you're already already paying on top of your regular insurance. Too many points = license revocation. That means you can't drive at all.

before you go calling people idiots, what dont you read what i wrote. i am going to call the guy people he recommended genious. thanks for the info on how missouris points system works, but its kinda useless since im going to get it fixed. so how about you read a little bit better before you start making an ass out of your self .:asshole:

my friends a sheriff where u got pulled over lol yea they can sit in the dark and shoot radar because there argument would be just because they had the lights off they didnt make u speed

im not really pissed about him having his lights off or anything, nor am i mad that i got caught, ive sped down that road many times before and never got caught, so once isnt bad. lesson learned.
