Q about the FUZZ!

so i got pulled over last night. i WAS speeding. i am not questioning if i can get ou of the ticket, ive just heard this MANY times. i was cruising down a back road around 11 last night, ive driven this road hundreds of times. i enter Troy, coming from moscow mills, the speed limit changes from 35-30. i crossed a hill with my Brights on, and as soon as i get to the bottom of the hill, there he sits. i never saw him till i passed him. my question is do police have to have lights on to shoot radar??? ive heard this from many people, but does any one know for sure. :smiliecop:

Poilice can do whatever they want, if you say "oh the cop didnt have any lights on while taking radar" the judge will laugh at you.

im not worried about it. all i have to do is mail them a check. but what i dont get, is that i have to pay COURT COSTS! even if i mail them a check. i was just wondering if any one knew for sure.

Last time I got a violation was may of last year, I got a C&I and excessive speeding and ended up paying 24.95 for court costs and thats it. Needless to say I was happy!

hey i got a damn good lawyer if yiou wanna try...he's in lake stlouis by that day care on the service road by 70 dalton coyne and conduff my last one was 71 in a 55 and only costed me $50 # is 636-561-2686 super awsome peope

why would you just pay it? do you want points on your license? Get it fixed, could cost a little more now, but insurance won't rape you down the road.

i may see what my friends dad has to say, good ole ed grewach will probably know somebody. if that fails, ill prolly give them a call. i got it for 55 in a 30. sounds pretty outrageous, its just a back road where the speed limit is too low.
