Y21 trannys are the same...I got up to ___ mph and i was almost to redline in 5th.

My da pegged out a bit over 130 on the stock tranny and it still isn't into the 5k rpm range.
Ya positive it's the stock tranny?

i hit 115 in fourth on an LS tranny :dunno: then I backed off, there is no reason at all to go that fast on the streets, even if it is an empty, straight, flat section of highway on the way to chicago.

I wouldn't worry about going faster then 130mph. Remember, Hondas arn't fast :gotnos:

But seriously, you need to get rid of that LS tranny. You should swap ratcliff trannies so he can go faster and so you can actually accelerate.
