ALMOST broke my ankle tonight

well leaving a friends house i was stepping down off his back portch when i stepped down wrong and i ended up stepping on the side of my foot. put all 260 pounds down on it. then i pushed myself up cuz i felt myself falling and then i heard it. POP i was like oh fuck. well heres what ended up happening. hair line fracture and very very bad sprain. doc said i almost tore the stuff in there. heres what it looks like now. guess no driving for a few days.

oh ya u r tellin me now im stuck at home on a saterday night and gotta miss a few days of work. plus my exhaust is suposed to be in monday. lol great timing but o well now i can rest up i guess

I'm sure you have been told this by the doc already, but elevate it (above the heart), ice it down, and put 2 tube socks on. Why the tube socks? Compression. It will work wonders in getting the swelling out. If this happened tonight, it gonna be worse tomorrow.

ya to bad it will get here monday or tuesday and i aint suposed to do nething till wed if i feel like it. and knowing myself i will have that bitch on the day it shows up here.

i got a air cast on it right now and i done the ice thing for a min or two but it hurt so i said hell with it im waitin on the pain killers to kick in haha.
