Which Suspension set up??!! Poll ITR or H&R

I got both of theses suspensions. One is an ITR suspension w/ 80K on it..includeing LCA and itr sway bar.. lowers my integra about 1" all around. This is my friends teg, in TX, with that set up..

Now I also have KYB AGX shocks w/ H&R sports springs.. That's 1.5F and 1.7R drop on integra. Here's a pic of my friend's old integra..w/ that set up..b4 it was stolen!

But I'm conserined w/ St.louis winters we get that the H&R will too low? I'm also adding on an ITR lip like the one in 2nd picture.. Does anyone have this set up for their honda/acura? any suggestions? I did thin k about useing the itr springs w/ agx shocks.. But if no one has trouble bottoming out on stl highways and in the city I'm going w/ H&R's.. Which ever one I choose I plan on selling other set up pretty cheap..Any help would be appricated!

im running tein strut and and eibachs for springs, puts me down kinda low but the aftermarket sway bars helps it a lot, i still need the c pillar, both upers and the cross bars in the back to complete my goal

Good call, Coilovers and some upgraded front rear sway bars will do just fine.
