frame damage

alright, first off new here. second I just bought a 94 civic 2dr from a salvage yard. frontend is a lil banged up. I replaced all the body parts. Took it too a mechanic to get it aligned and was told the frame was bent about 3 degrees. He aligned it as much as he could, but the steering wheel is turned about 45 degrees when driving straight. Is it worth getting fixed or can it not be fixed. I am new with imports, have had chevys all my life. Don't know much about them. thanks

Are we talking rails frame or cross member frame? If cross memeber its not too bad at all.

Im also confused if its bent or shifted or what? Diamond in the center section? Did he give you any other details besides its 3 degrees off?
