Lowering my CR-V

Post by Kage87 »

I’m going to be lowering my CR-V and here are some of the items I’m looking at getting.

And I wanted some of your opinions as to what shocks to go with? I wanted ones with adjustable stiffness settings. Any help or opinions would be great! BTW I plan on dropping it about 3".

Thanks,
Kyle

On a cr-v I honestly wouldn't know what kind of shock/strut to go with, I personally have Tociko Illumina's on my car which are 5 way adjustable but alot of the people on the board run KYB AGX adjustables but then again there's a pretty big weight difference.

Best thing I can say is research it a bit to find others that have done the suspension and see what they used and there thoughts on the products.

Yea GL man and I have always used Tokico struts when I buy them ane loved them and they last. I have heard good things about KYB AGX also. I would say do some research on honda-tech to see what other crv owners did.

Bad ass! I had the KYB AGXs on my last car and liked them. Konis are great, but they are more expensive. It all depends what your budget is.
