How to get rid of a headache?

yeah I have a pretty big one, probably from being in the mixing room a lot today. I dont have access to any aspirin or anything. So how should i go about getting rid of this damn thing?

pending where it's at, usually rubbing the base of your neck, more on pressure points, help relieve them. try dimmer lighting, or if you must, wear sunglasses inside for a bit. try to avoid louder noises too...even if plugs might be needed. i know you work in a shop or something like that, so it's a bit difficult for these options.

try to stay as calm as you can. believe it or not, getting worked up over ANYTHING, neg or positive, can increase a headache.

i've had chronic migraines for almost 8years now. they get so bad i vomit and pass out. pills don't help me much anymore.

personally, i think the best way to get rid of a headache is sex and lots of it.

lies all lies! headaches ARE a real excuse. well...the severe ones anyhow.

all im saying is that if i have a headache and then i get jiggy.... the headache mysteriously disappears

well.... at least for a couple of hours
