You don't need lower control arms, but I would grab a few LCA bolts, 1 or more will snap.
Camber kits can be useful depending on how low you plan to go. A few degrees of negative camber wont hurt anything. Your real enemy is the Toe(in or out) of your wheels.

Toe is the angle of the left and right wheels relative to facing straight ahead, as viewed from above the car. The wheels are said to have toe-in when their leading edges point slightly toward one another. As you change the height your tie rods are going to push out or pull in. Toe destroys tires quickly.
For LCA bolts get OEM and put an ass ton of anti seize on them

i got lucky and none of mine broke, wont hurt to hit them with some pb blaster and let them sit for a bit before you start working, i soaked mine and let it sit for about an hour before i started taking them out
i may not be "logical" but at least i can change my oil...

Toe can be fixed with just an alignment. You should be ok with camber. I would wait for someone else to confirm the camber thing before you jump in.

You'll have a fair amount of camber with the drop you are talking about. I dropped mine about 2.5 and only run camber kits on the front, back has a little but it is negligible.
Your toe will be fixed with alignment, or some places can adjust only your toe, for cheaper.
Honestly, the last drop I did, we couldn't salvage the LCA's and I had to beg another member to save me. Get you some LCAs ahead of time, and some spare bolts, and your set.
