You'll notice very little difference in the handling of the car with just lowering springs and a pair of strut tower bars. The best solution for improving the handling would be to use a nice set of tires with full-body coilovers or a coilover sleeve and strut setup along with front and rear sway bars.

What width and offset wheels are you using? Where are the tires rubbing? What suspension modifications do you currently have?

There must be something wrong with either the offset of the wheels or tire size if your suspension is unmodified. Without knowing the details of the wheel and tire setup, we can't help you.

If you want to handle better and reduce body roll, H-Techs are the last thing you want. Very soft. I had them on my TL-S for about 6 months, it actually rode softer than stock.

If you're rubbing on 195/50's then you have the wrong offset wheels.

There's a lot more to making a car "handle like its on rails" than just springs/shocks.

Look into some sway bars as well, namely a rear. The front is good enough for you for right now, but the rear more than likely doesnt have one. I wouldnt go crazy and buy a 24mm, but I think a OEM ITR would work great.
