So maybe its just me not used to driving my own car or getting to used to driving my comfy daily driver but after getting back into the sol this past week or two i cant help but notice it feels quite "bouncy"
I will admit the car's only been driven 115 miles in the past 12 months so maybe its just me being used to a higher end car that i dont feel as much...bounce...
Just curious what else i can do to stiffen it up..
current suspension set-up
koni yellow struts "adjustable"...set to as stiff as they get
ground control coils
skunk2 camber kit
asr brace, 24mm sway
skunk2 rear sway bars
car isnt "slammed" by any means, quite a bit of adjustment room left on the coils
all the suspension has less than 200 miles on it sense installed
any suggestion's other than quitting my bitching and driving it?
.....as always...thanks guy's

That's struts and springs. Not coilovers lol There is a difference. I have coilovers on my sol and legend and struts/springs on the 240. Huge difference.

Turn your stiffness down. Try em on like a 2 or 3 for a while.

lol ok, a "adjustable spring kit" with koni yellow's even though most distributers label them coil-over's
alright, ill lower the stiffness a bit and get some miles on them...as far as "real" coil-over's
a ground control/koni set-up isnt exactly the cheapest option and i figured it sounded like a solid set-up after reading thread after thread about how "smooth" this combo is.....
what might you reccomend to perform better?

Just cut your springs brah.
lol jk
I have skunk2 on my sol, I don't recommend those lol I have Ksports on my Legend and I love those. They ride nice and stiff and handle well on the road and at autox. I'm considering getting them for my sol as well.

What are your spring rates?
off the shelf koni yellows are maxed out @ about 500 - 550 lbs/in
any more and your probably going to need to upgrade to the SPSS3 valving

alright, i called around and most shops/stores actually preferred the gc/koni combo over ksports...the k sports are a little cheaper in price as well
as far as spring rates im not sure off hand, installed these a year ago and the car collected dust in storage for that duration, but they were made for a del sol w/b series swap
ill pull the car apart this weekend and check spring rates and also check to see if maybe ive got a blown koni somewhere...hard to believe sense its only got 120 miles on it but we shall see......
after i tear it apart ill look into some extended top hats as well...just want to stiffen this thing up and get it back on the road
