Upgrade?

One of my back struts on my 97 civic ex is squeaking real bad and it's driving me crazy, so I guess I'm goin to b changing them soon. Any advice on if I should upgrade to racing struts, and if so what kind, how much, and where to find em. Any advice would help, I know nothing on the subject. Thanx. Oh yea... And how hard is it to do?
