whats your suspension setup now on your car? i don't know that beefing up your sway bars will do much if you have say, old worn-out shocks. and what is your intended purpose of the car? is it just a fun daily or are you planning to get out on the track? I would tend to say a good set of adjustable shocks/springs or a nice set of coilovers will go a long way. Mix that with a stock front and rear setup, possibly an ex front and integra rear, and thats a nice start. get a good alignment and from there you could upgrade if you still felt like you wanted to go larger. if you're already at that point, its mostly based on personal preference and the feel and setup you are going for with your car. a large rear sway is going to give you a different feel than say a larger front sway. its finding the nice mix of the two. i don't know if that is much of help, i'd just hate for you to throw money into suspension peices when you may not need to to get the results you're looking for.

cool, sounds fun. thats basically what my hatch is turning out to be. if thats the case, i'll give you the same advice that all the autox guys are giving me, and that would be, get it on the track and then figure out what you want to do. that way you have a nice baseline to go off of. once you get a feel for the car, then start upgrading the sway bars and other things to make the car feel the way you want. instead of dropping that money on the sway bars, maybe use it to get a SA rated helmet and join the PDX at gateway coming up on the 15th

i wish i have a lot of suspension stuff to do, a have another question, is there a difference in design between the front sway bars, i can only find stock pics for eibach and not ones of the actual product, or are all front sway bars for the civic the same design?

Look into the Eibach kit more closely. While I have no honda knowledge of them. I know on the cobalts the full eibach swaybar kit actually causes understeer. Though the car does turn in flatter and more responsively till pushed.
2008 Chevy Slobalt
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
Hope this helps
Yes I own 2 slow red chick cars & 1 real car!

isnt the front sway 22mm?
the reason why everyone is saying keep the front the same and just do the rear is so you will have equal handling if not more oversteer handling than understeer. 20-23mm in the rear is fine, just get the rear.
