LOL. Hopefully both cars are running tip top for IFO. No reason for excuses, either, since there is plenty of time to iron out any kinks...

I think I'll go to IFO just to see this.

I chose tires based on hp, gearing and final drive in order to get the most out of our 1/4 mile pass. We we're running out of 4th gear about 100 feet short of the trap. Also by sticking to four gears we avoided another shift and risk of falling out of boost which helped with e.t.

If anyone is interested, I'd be willing to lend a pair of 205/60-13 (22.8" dia) or 235/60-14 (25" dia) M&H Street/Strip dot's for testing at the track. They are on 4 x 100 VW wheels.

FWIW, we managed a 10.98 on 205/60-13 M & H d.o.t.'s.
