Hands down the m and h drag radial is the best drag radial out there... i have run them all... grant it i dont own a honda... but the wrinkle wall design on the m and h dot radials works great...
235/60/15s run fine on my car with 500 plus horse... have managed to cut a 1.7 60 with them... and well we dont want to talk torque with my car because it was also 500 plus..
we have ran them on a 300 horse accord with 300 ftlb of torque and it is the only tire that hooks him without breaking shit... the hard side wall on the tire allows for no flex of the tire... and it would snap the diff everytime in the stock h series tranny he was running... he since has built his tranny and went to these tires and has managed a best of a 8.23 at 86 mph in the 1/8th..
But if you want to argue about standard drag radials... i had the best luck with the bfgoodrich kdw style drag radials..
What Drag Radials should I use??

what a noob...96civic cr-v;218676 wrote:I have not rab the 1/4 but, in the 1/8 I ran 7.4 @ 103 spinning through 3rd w/ 24.5 in slicks... On pump gas.
LOL you should not be spinning AT ALL....unless youre not using mickey thompson slicks! there are guys running 8's on mt 24.5" tire.. i run 10's on 24.5" tire with 1.6 sixty foot and no spinning. how much power are you making? cant be much because 7.4 @ 103mph in the 1/8th equates to 11.2-11.3 in the 1/4 mile..

nice try but you are talking about the dot cheater slick which is wrinkle wall and not a radial. we are talking about radials. big difference!v8this;218683 wrote:Hands down the m and h drag radial is the best drag radial out there... i have run them all... grant it i dont own a honda... but the wrinkle wall design on the m and h dot radials works great...

yes they are 26in but, you have to realize they are not as sticky as slicks so a little bigger tire wont hurt you!
